I’m using high quality 8K HDMI cables except between the SyncBox and the TV where I use the HDMI cable provided by Philips. I have tried both following options with similar results : I’m using the HDMI2 port on the SyncBox (also tried the other ports but doesn’t change anything) The SyncBox has the latest firmware installed (1.6.3).

I’m using a Shield TV Pro 2019, a Samsung N950 Soundbar, a 2017 LG OLED TV, all compatible with Dolby Vision (it works just fine without the SyncBox). I have the “Dolby Vision Enhanced Compatibility” option on OFF. I do get Dolby Vision stream correctly displayed on the TV, but the lights do not sync and display random colors instead.
